Matt is an experienced executive leader, having gained experience in Education, Healthcare and Hospitality industries in both commercial and non-for profit sectors. A passionate and innovative People Director, Matt has lead significant cultural change and income growth in his operational roles as Interim CEO and latterly Chief Operating Officer.
Matt is known for creating climates that unlock potential in people and businesses, focusing on setting the right leadership culture and processes that enable entire workforces to achieve and organisations to grow.
