    This can be delivered as a half day or full day course for a team within any organisation who wishes to understand each other in depth as well as creating a plan for effective communication. 


    This is true ‘Team Building’. Delegates will understand each other’s perspectives which will help them move from ‘Frustration to Fascination’ or ‘Irritation to Appreciation’.


    Led by one of our fully accredited Licensed Practitioners the day will be engaging, fun and insightful. There will be interactive exercises to help bring the learning alive.


    In order to gain a full and precise understanding we do encourage each delegate to complete an evaluation to receive their Insights Discovery Profile.

    This is a practical, hands-on course which has been specifically developed for employees at any level within a team who want to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others to work more effectively together.


    Based on the Insights Discovery system, with roots in Jungian psychology, it is an accessible way of being able to recognise other people’s strengths and preferences and how to best engage with them. The tool is hugely popular within businesses and can be used for individual performance development or wider team development.


    Self-awareness is key to the success of every individual, and that's exactly what Insights Discovery delivers. A better understanding of self and others means that relationships at work can become vehicles for, not barriers to, business success.


    Insights Discovery is for anyone who:

    •  Needs to understand the impact of their personal style
    •  Wants to have effective relationships with their colleagues

    It is recommended that each person attending an Insights workshop completes the evaluator to receive their personal Insights profile.  


    It is possible to run the workshop without completing individual profiles, we will add a series of science based activities on the day to determine the order of individual colour energies.


     

    Without giving away all the magic and power of an Insights Discovery based day on Team Effectiveness, by the end of the day all delegates will have a deeper understanding of their preferences within a Jungian system of Introversion vs Extraversion and Thinking vs Feeling which will then be defined within the colour energies of Cool Blue, Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow and Earth Green.


    Workbooks and exercises in conjunction with the course being led by an accredited Licensed Practitioner will mean that the team builds on understanding each other’s preferences and strengths.


    The team will be able to plot where each other resides on a team wheel and be able to understand behaviours ‘on a good day’ and ‘on a bad day’ in relation to their preference mix for the colour energies.


    This will all build to a detailed plan of effective communication within the team and building a contract of commitment with each other to enhance working relationships.

    2. If you require additional chapters
